The Community Preventive Services Task Force (CPSTF) recommends laws that set a lower legal limit for blood alcohol concentration for young or inexperienced drivers to reduce alcohol-related motor vehicle crashes. CPSTF found that these laws reduce crashes resulting in injuries or deaths.
