- Building Healthy Families, which includes food and nutrition education classes — each with a 5-minute video, a weekly goal-setting sheet, and handouts and recipes — for adults ages 19 to 39
- Children’s Health, Activity and Nutrition: Get Educated!, a school-based intervention that includes lessons on nutrition and exercise, worksheets, and homework assignments to improve children’s dietary habits and increase their physical activity.
