  • Mass-reach health communication interventions 
  • Cessation interventions 
  • Surveillance and evaluation
  • Infrastructure, administration, and management

This 2014 edition of the guide describes developing integrated programs for preventing and reducing tobacco use and recommends funding levels that state programs need to be effective.
